B-1 Visas

Business Visitor Visa (B-1)

The B-1, "Business Visitor" visa is the most commonly utilized category for persons initiating business activity in the United States. The visa is issued upon the merits of the individual applying.

The B-1 allows an individual to, among other things, incorporate in the U.S., acquire property, and sign contracts. Although it precludes an individual from directly managing any U.S. business or receiving wages from a U.S. source in any way, even if self-owned.

Our firm provides all the necessary services to assist international business travelers who intend to conduct authorized business activities in the U.S. to qualify for B-1 visa approval.
